Depending on the item, you may not be able to choose the color, size, specifications, material or texture, and accessories such as a warranty card may not be included.
In addition, due to the characteristics of the item or its storage and distribution conditions, the packaging or the item itself may show scratches, stains, warping, sticker marks, markings or signs of aging.

For items with an expiration date, such as tickets, invitation passes and catalog gift vouchers, please be sure to check the expiration date and use them within that period.
We cannot accept returns, refunds or exchanges based on the specifications, condition, accessories or expiration date of an item.

For unopened items, we handle them as unopened items after inspection. Therefore, we cannot provide compensation for damage to the contents themselves or handle refunds/exchanges due to customer circumstances.

The drop rates displayed are based on theoretical values at the time of the Mystery Pack release. Actual probabilities may vary based on the remaining inventory at the time of purchase, and the displayed drop rates are not guaranteed.

The return rate is calculated based on theoretical values assuming all draws in the Mystery Pack are purchased. The point value of prizes obtained from individual draw results varies depending on the winning prize, and an equal value per draw is not guaranteed for all draws.

Product shipments are carried out in accordance with the laws and regulations, customs requirements, and import restrictions of each country and region.
For products that cannot be shipped or imported due to these, we will cancel the shipment and provide a refund in points by the method prescribed by our company.
